NO-FI Collective

“Now I can’t wait for this band’s album”

- Dave Ruby Howe (Triple J)

PALS are an alternative rock/post punk band from Newcastle, Australia. Having formed in early 2015 the band joined local Newcastle label No-Fi Collective, releasing an Ep titled ‘Spring’ and a split release in early 2016. In the past year PALS have released and toured their debut album, “Inbetween” playing shows across the country. The band have been lucky enough to share the stage with acts such as These New South Whales, Horror My Friend, Pist Idiots, WAAX, Skegss, The Gooch Palms, West Thebarton, Dear Seattle and many more. In doing so PALS have become known as “One of Newcastle’s best and most raucous emerging bands” –The Newcastle Herald (2016). With reviews from Australian Music Collective Society of Sound, high-charted ratings on Triple J Unearthed and numerous plays on indie radio stations in Australia and across the world, PALS have had a busy 2017. Triple J’s Short Fast Loud program recently gave PALS’ latest single “For Once I’m Right” a spin, creating interest for their next single, released early 2018.
